UP Education is a leading private tertiary education provider in New Zealand and Australia, offering career-focused programmes through a network of training institutions and supporting students with pathways into employment and further study.

UP Education engaged with Waddell to increase their presence and engagement within schools, build meaningful partnerships, and create opportunities to support and sponsor school communities.

We began in 2023 working with 8 Auckland schools for NZMA, and by 2026 this has grown to 34 schools across four UP Education brands. Over this time, we have developed strong relationships, increased engagement, and supported growth in enrolments across full-time study, short courses, and Trades Academy programmes.

This partnership has delivered approximately $1 million in funding back to schools, alongside significant growth and engagement outcomes for UP Education. In addition, we organise fundraising dinners in collaboration with schools, with NZMA providing the venue and catering at no cost, helping schools raise further funds for their communities.
